I have done some testing and these are the few things I found out.
a) I still could not figure it out to get that icon to upload the video. Sometimes it is in my "create posting" menu, sometimes it is not.
b) So far if the video is below 2 MB, it can be uploaded. I tried 10 MB and it gave an error.
Will keep on testing.
